Dealing with Stress Made Ridiculously Simple

While we often feel helpless to deal with stressors in our life, they just but arise from an imbalance between the magnitude of the problems and our ability to cope with them. Our mind and body have been equipped with the ability to withstand any stress. All it needs is the right attitude, the right lifestyle, and the right coping strategies. The aim of our training program is to help you understand the factors which increase the likelihood of you being stressed, to help improve your stress coping skills, and, help you perform at your highest potential despite the stress. Additionally, the program will help you understand different stress management techniques, the scientific rationale behind them and their reliability.

Dr. Ali Jawaid graduated from Aga Khan University, Karachi in 2007 and subsequently did clinical training and research at Baylor College of Medicine, TX. He has published extensively on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Disorders of Thought and Behavior, Social Developmental Disorders including Autism, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Dementia.
